Susanne is known for her transformational leadership programmes and has coached hundreds of individuals from high-profile organisations across the globe.
A popular keynote speaker on the topic of leadership, emotional intelligence, stress, team motivation, and personal transformation, she has worked with organisations such as JP Morgan, Citigroup, LEGO, Philips, BAM, and NXP to name just a few.

Susanne is the co-founder of the Project Leadership Institute and the founder of Susanne Madsen International Ltd, a UK company governed by English law.
